Our Favorite Poultry Dry Rub

I won't bore you with a long, detailed story about this recipe. It's delicious. You'll love it.

4 Tablespoons Paprika (smoked or sweet)

1 teaspoon salt (I use Himalayan pink salt)

1 teaspoon pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Mix it together in a bowl and rub it on poultry, pork or even a beef roast. I haven't tried it on venison, yet, but I imagine it would be just as delicious.
