Strawberries, with their bright red color and sweet juices, are among the best berries in both vitamins and minerals and taste. As a Type 1 Diabetic, this is a fruit I can enjoy in moderation without detrimental affects to my blood sugar levels.
Add these to your shakes, or freeze them to make strawberry sherbet. They are a diabetic delight!
